This notice says what perello.ie does with your details: what it collects, why, who handles it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask of us.
Who we are.
perello.ie is run by Red Cube Ventures Limited, a company registered in Ireland, no. 661754, whose registered office is Unit 23, Duleek Business Park, Duleek, Co. Meath. It is the controller of any details you give through it. Write to us about anything in this notice at info@perello.ie, or by post to Red Cube Ventures Limited at that address.
What the site collects, and when.
The site asks for your details only when you send one of its four forms: a quote request, a rental enquiry, or a message through the contact page or the Perello for industry page. Each form asks for your name and your email address, and has room for your company, a phone number and a message. The quote form also asks where the pods are going. A quote or rental enquiry carries the pod and the options you chose, and a message from the Perello for industry page says so.
Your name and an email address are needed to answer you. The contact and Perello for industry forms also need your message, and a rental enquiry needs the pod. Your company, your phone number, a message on the quote and rental forms, and where the pods are going are up to you. Without what is needed, the form cannot be sent.
The site keeps none of the details you enter: it sends them on in two emails, as described below, and stores no copy. It buys no details, and takes none from any other source. It has no form for job applications.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which sees what your browser sends with each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser's name and version, and the page you came from when your browser says so. None of that goes into the emails an enquiry sends. Vercel's firewall uses your IP address to limit how many forms one address can send in a minute. Vercel keeps a log of each request to the form, without what you entered, which we can see for a day.
Before a form is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent it. It loads in your browser as soon as one of the four form pages opens, from Cloudflare's servers, and may ask you to tick a box. When you send, the site passes Turnstile's answer and your IP address to Cloudflare to check. Cloudflare lists what Turnstile collects for the check, among it your IP address and your browser's User-Agent, in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Cloudflare also uses what Turnstile collects to improve its bot detection. For that use Cloudflare decides for itself, under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The site sets no cookies of its own, and nothing in your browser measures your visit. Cookies says what the site keeps in your browser.
Why, and on what basis.
To answer your enquiry and send you what you asked for. Your details, your message and the pod you chose are used to reply, and to send you a receipt with your reference and, when you chose a pod, a link to its specification. When you ask for yourself, this is a step you ask us to take before a contract: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. When you ask for your company, it is our legitimate interest, and your company's, in answering the enquiry it sent: Article 6(1)(f).
To keep the site working and abuse off it. Your IP address is used for the limit on sends and the Turnstile check, and the host keeps its own records of requests. This is our legitimate interest in a site that works and is not misused: Article 6(1)(f).
What happens to an enquiry.
When you send a form, the site checks what you entered and gives your enquiry a reference such as PQ-2026-K3F9-7QWM. Two emails follow. First a notification to us, with everything you entered. Then a receipt to the address you gave, with your reference and, when you chose a pod, the pod and a link to its specification, which you can print or save as a PDF. The receipt repeats nothing else you typed. The site keeps no copy of your enquiry: the two emails are the record.
If an email cannot be sent, the site does not try again later: the form tells you, and keeps your answers. If you then send again, we may receive the same enquiry twice.
No decision with legal or similar effect on you is made by automated means. The checks against abuse can refuse a send automatically; if that happens, write to info@perello.ie. The site is for businesses, and for people choosing a pod for themselves. It is not aimed at children, and we do not seek their details.
Who handles it, and where.
Vercel hosts the site and runs the code that takes an enquiry, in its Dublin region. Vercel's main processing facilities are in the United States, and its network is worldwide, so your details may be handled outside the European Economic Area. For data it moves out of the EEA, Vercel uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses: see Vercel's data processing addendum.
Cloudflare provides the Turnstile check, and nothing else. For data it moves out of the EEA, Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses should that lapse: see Cloudflare's privacy policy and its data processing addendum.
Google sends the two emails from a Perello address, and the notification and any reply are kept in our mailbox, info@perello.ie. Google Workspace hosts our email, and keeps a copy of each email sent among the sending address's sent mail. For data it moves to the United States, Google relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; for any other country outside the EEA, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses: see Google's note on transfers and its Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Our own staff read your enquiry in our mailbox, to answer you. First Site (info@1firstsite.com), which builds and maintains the site for us, can see the host's settings and its log of requests, under a written agreement with us.
We do not use the details you send for marketing. We do not sell them, and pass them to no one for their own marketing. What you enter in a form is handled by the services named here, to check your enquiry and send its two emails, and by our staff, to answer you.
How it is protected.
The site tells your browser to reach it over an encrypted connection and no other. What you enter is checked again on the server before it is sent. The site reaches the email service over an encrypted connection, with a password held in the host's settings and never part of a page. The site asks for no card or payment details.
How long we keep it.
We keep an enquiry and its emails, including the copies kept among the sending address's sent mail, for as long as we are dealing with you, then for up to five years after we last hear from you, and then delete them. If you become a customer, what an order needs is kept with our business records for as long as the law requires. Perello reviews this at least once a year, clearing from our mailboxes what is due to go.
Vercel's log of a request to the form goes after a day. The receipt in your own mailbox is yours to keep or delete.
Your rights.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. You can ask us to restrict what we do with it. You can ask to receive what you gave us in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to us at info@perello.ie, or by post to Red Cube Ventures Limited, Unit 23, Duleek Business Park, Duleek, Co. Meath.
Your right to object. Where we rely on our legitimate interests (answering an enquiry sent for your company, and keeping the site working and free of abuse), you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your situation. We will stop unless we have compelling grounds, or need the details for a legal claim.
You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's supervisory authority, through its online form, or by post to 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, Ireland. If you live or work in another EU country, you can complain to the authority there.
Changes.
We may update this notice. When the site changes what it does with your details, this notice changes with it, and so does the date here. Last changed 21 October 2026.
