Terms.
These terms apply to your use of perello.ie, which is run by Red Cube Ventures Limited.
What the site is for.
The site describes Perello's acoustic pods and takes enquiries about them, from businesses and from consumers alike. It sells nothing: there is no basket and no payment on the site, and every price is on request.
Enquiries and quotations.
An enquiry sent through the site is a request for a quotation, not an order, and no contract is made on the site. The quotation Perello sends, with the terms that come with it, is the offer: what you buy, and on what terms, is set there and not on these pages. Rental is quoted with the pod in the same way.
Buying a pod.
A pod is bought on Perello's quotation, never on the site. What is agreed is what the quotation and its terms say, and none of it is decided on these pages. Before you order, check that they answer each of these.
- How long a quotation stands: the date until which you can accept it.
- Payment: when it is due, in what stages, and how it is made.
- Changes and cancellation: up to when an order can be changed or cancelled, and what that costs.
- Delivery and installation: who delivers and installs the pod, where, and how long it takes from order to a working pod.
- Risk and ownership: when the pod becomes your risk, and when it becomes your property.
- On delivery: what to check when the pod arrives, and how soon to report damage.
- Warranty: what it covers, for how long, and on what conditions. See Warranty and care.
- Returns: whether a pod can be returned, and on what terms.
- Rental: how long a rental runs, what it includes, and how it ends.
Before you order, check what your building's owner or manager and your local fire authority require of a pod where you mean to put it.
If you buy as a consumer, you have rights under Irish consumer law that these terms and the quotation cannot take away, including remedies if a pod is faulty or not as described. If the contract is made at a distance or away from our premises, you usually have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the pod. The law makes exceptions, for example for goods made to your own specification, and the quotation will say whether the right applies and how to use it.
Figures and pictures.
Dimensions, capacities, finishes, furniture and the other figures on the site describe the pods as published, and may change. Most pictures of the pods are renders or 3D models; some are photographs. A colour on a screen is not the powder-coated steel itself: a finish is shown as rendered. The specification sheet and the info pack are drawn from the same published figures. None of it is an offer; the quotation is.
Using the forms.
The forms are for genuine enquiries about the pods. Do not send anything unlawful or anything you have no right to send, and do not send forms by automated means or try to disrupt the site. The site limits how often one address can send a form and checks each send with Cloudflare Turnstile. We may decline to answer an enquiry that breaks these terms.
Our content.
The text, pictures, drawings, models and documents on the site belong to the business named at the top of these terms, or are used with the permission of those who own them. You may read them, and download the info pack and a specification sheet to consider the pods. Any other use needs our written permission. The site's software includes open-source parts under their own licences, listed in the licence notices linked at the foot of every page.
The site as it is.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using it or from relying on what it says. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not let us limit, or affects your rights as a consumer.
Privacy and cookies.
What the site does with the details you send is in Privacy, and what it keeps in your browser is in Cookies.
Law and changes.
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland decide any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the law where you live, and may bring a claim in its courts. We may change these terms; the version on this page, with the date here, is the one that applies. Last changed 21 October 2026.
